Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can’t cancel the order. If there is anything that we can help, please send us an email.

Our team will be authorized to cancel orders without receiving any payment one week from order placement. Rest assured we will inform the customer prior cancellation. 

Same Day Deliveries can be requested, upon approval and availability of schedule. .

Kindly allow 1-2 hours preparation before scheduling pick up.

Our Delivery Schedule are as follows: l

Friday 6:00pm to 9:00pm 

Saturday 11:00am to 3:00pm 

Sunday 11:00am to 3:00pm 

Kindly wait for instructions before scheduling pick up to ensure order is packed and ready for release.

• Use mild detergent or other stain remover and slowly remove the stains with a damp white cloth. 
• Don’t scrub the stain, as this could damage the canvas material. Dab firmly instead 

Best method to Dry Clean.  

Hand Wash 

• Use Cold to Warm Water. Do not use Hot Water.  
• Do not use strong bleach or detergent.
• Recommended for drip dry.
• Do not machine wash as this may cause the product to shrink and change in color. 

• Dip a clean, soft white cloth in a basin of cold to warm water. 
• Wring out any excess water from the cloth.
• Wipe the entire canvas.
• Avoid any printed or colored parts of the bag to prevent color fading and bleeding.
• If contact with water won’t damage any elements of the bag, soak the entire tote in the basin of warm water.
• Clean the bag with the cloth in a circular motion.
